Does anybody know any excercise on improving eye contact when a woman looks at you? Because everytime when I walk at the mall I see an attractive hb I look at her and then all of a sudden she looks at me instantly then I would look away or down. Same thing when I go to hooters and socializing with friends with a female in the group. I would just look away because I don't wan her to think I'm creeping her out

Stop watching porn.

Also, as you become more confident with yourself, both on the inside and the outside, it will naturally get better. I used to have this problem too, but as I grew more confident, started interacting with more and more girls, it got better.

Just practice meeting eye to eye with strangers. You will slowly pick the habit up.

Conscious correction of behavior(conscious competence) until it becomes natural or unconscious competent behavior.

Make strong eye contact and raise your brows and/or smile. Even shooting a smirk is fine to soften the look, you aren't staring you are making eye contact.

Basically your goal should be to make nonthreatening eye contact. Avoid angry brows or furrowed brows when making eye contact.

If you want to practice go to a grocery store or other type of store and talk to associates practicing making strong friendly eye contact with them. It will be a nice stepping stone since customer service requires eye contact, just go up and ask where products are, and make strong eye contact consciously, don't think, just listen to what they are saying while you are making eye contact.

You shouldn't be thinking you should be listening while you are making eye contact, don't be thinking I'm creepy truly listen and you won't be worried about creepy or any other.

If it is just eye contact with a woman you aren't talking to, then you just have to consciously change that behavior, if you make it nonthreatening women will be fine with strong eye contact. I do it all the time.

Peace and Love

Vic
