Hi all,
My first post :), after reading a lot of posts on this forum decided to start with power of conversational hypnosis (Igor Ledochowski)

Has anyone got any tips, on how I can get the best from these recordings ?
1.My plan is to listen to 12 cds
2. Try the exercises

any advice will be greatly appreciated. Even if you think this is not the best course to start with!

Dude,
you actually say it yourself: listen first then do it. In every way you can, you should just do it.

Its the best way of learning.
