she is very very close to me i txt her almost every minute..
she always tells things like "we r frndz rit" "you are my cuteest frnd"
if i say that i love her she says "i love you too as a friend"
she tells that she likes talking to me
she started asking things from a few days like "r u watching porn" and stuff like that
she talkes to a lot of other guys too...

i can just do anything to be with such a nice person...

i tried to make a move a lot of times but no +ve responce
i held her hand kissed her on her cheeks but she was feeling uncomfortable
after some days she says she doesnt lik to kiss me

Hhmmm, youre getting some static. Sounds like you have this connection but she is hesitant. If shes letting you kiss her and then pulling away I wold think its necessarily not you maybe her family or religious views... Who knows? You could just ask her straight out...and try to break down those walls. This takes time.

Personally I would go for an undeniable bold move... if she rejects you, try to work around them. If still no, I would let her know what it feel like to give that attention to another woman. Let her see it... Dont be mean about it. Youre great friends... just let her see you giving that affection in another direction. And if that doesnt work... move on!

Judging from this I would say your chances are slim. Chances are that if you continue to do what you are doing you are not going to win her.
I reccomend distancing from her a bit, try to meet other girls and work on yourself, get a new haircut or something that makes you more confident. After you do that then try to make a move on her but do it on a way that isnt emotionally charged.

I should note that this isnt something I have tried myself but based on my experience and those of other peoples its what I would do in your spot.
