So I work with this girl...
She's 17 (I'm 20)
She's a virgin
She's Asian (no offense meant here just not my thing)
Her big sister is dating one of my good friends
So basically there is a whole lot of baggage here, I've already told her she's cute and fun to flirt with etc but I don't want to take things any further than friends however there is a lack of women in my life SPAM so I've been using her as a sort of quick hit of female attention (dick thing to do but I'm going to go insane if I don't at least flirt with a girl day to day), anyway what should I do? Keep leading her on or tell her upfront or what? Could be useful for when I meet someone I'm actually interested in and need to create some jealousy but I'd still feel like a bad dude. Am I good? Being that I have already told her its a no go?

be upfront. remember she 17... you'll get the typical teenage response and lash back. leading her on isnt gonna help you or her in the long run. you can be setting up failure for the next guy. This is how most girls either end up hating guys or have a bad experiance with guys. dont be that guy to do this to her. Your right on that one, I don't sarge too often. I'll let this fish go, and find some other girls to fuck with. It's just easy at work because I see her all the time but I shouldn't use that as an excuse.
