Hey guys, I was wondering something today that I was hoping you guys could help me with. You guys are always so helpful and understanding with a lot: so I was wondering is there any way to be taller? I'm 5'4, and I'm quite unhappy with my height, it's really a knock to my confidence and really brings me down.

So even if there isn't a pacific way to get taller, what about shoes or boots or something like that - I wouldn't mind that. What works

P.S. I know some guys are gonna say, "Height don't matter it's all a state of mind." or "Hey it's not authentic to wear boots." I realized that, and I'm trying not to let it effect my game but I'm just curious as to what's out there. Help is appreciated.

I'm about ur height and want to get taller too. I've started do jumping jacks everyday.

Surgery is just over the top, I would LIKE to get taller, but being 5ft 3 doesn't hinder me.

Seriously, this is not something to fuck with. I have seen another documentary about guy who makes custom shoes with boost for celebrities. Check that out, play basketball and stay out of doctors.

I saw the documentary too, and I thought what a torturous thing to go through for only an inch.

I think if it is going to work you have to do something when you are still growing, once you are grown, not much you can do but work on yourself internally.

starts with being happy with yourself i think. If you are happy with yourself, nobody can make you feel unhappy.

Also helps you if you have of find something different about yourself that nobody else has, aside from being short.
