The thing with flaking starts from the minute you meet the person. But let's assume you are at the point where the two of you have already had a phone/text conversation.
1. how do you formulate messages to reduce flaking, create excitement, and the need for them to show up.
You don't formulate specific messages for this. There's no magic word or text that will make her show up. If she's interested in you she will, if not, she wont. You need to create INTEREST and you do that by being INTERESTING over a certain period of time. This period does not have to be long, but if you spend a week texting a girl on and off, by the end of it she will feel like she owes you something if she doesnt show up to a meeting with you.
2. do you text them far in advance so they plan accordingly or do you text them during that day so they don't forget?
Both. Ask her out a couple of days ahead of time so if she has stuff to do, you can plan around it. If she's "too busy" for you, but does not make an effort to reschedule (as soon as you ask her) then she's not that interested in general. The day you're supposed to meet, confirm a few hours in advance to make sure she shows up.
3. do you message them individually or mass text?
Don't be greedy lol. Do you want to go out with all of them, or just with a few?
4. do you hit them up constantly or just extend the invite?
Make it a week long process...see question 1.
Good luck
