Hey everyone.

I haven't been on this forum for a really long time but I used to do a bit of pick up and could get numbers and k-closes but unfortunately reverted back to AFC in December of 2011. My problem is that I hardly ever go out these days and mostly spend my time looking at things that fuel my insecurity about my height online. (I'm 5'6) eg. videos of women saying they only want tall/average men and how important height is in the selection process. I've been told on many occasion in the past however, that I have a good looking face but somehow I don't feel it's enough for me to find a girlfriend. My question is what can I do to find a girlfriend? I.e. where to go (gym? clubs?) and how to act/dress. Also, it would be nice to hear what other short guys' experiences within pick up and finding a gf have been. (Or if you know of short celebrities with hot girlfriends)

Dude, don't sweat the height thing. Neil Strauss is the same height as you.

Regarding where to go for picking up, what do you like to do for fun? Maybe go to the venues that have the activities you enjoy doing, you'll be meeting people automatically. Also consider taking a class in something you were always interested in. Language classes, for instance, will get you to interact with a lot of people, some of them will be girls that you're attracted to.

Height I know is no issues, I'm only 1" taller than you.

According to this forums looks also don't matter which I think is bs. On club game atleast, a girl won't dance with you unless she finds you attractive or in to you for other reason(rich or famous etc)

Other than that I would pass on club girls as gf, lol most of the one I meat are just for fun.
