New to MPUA Forum

does anyone have any good solid routines i can try out. i was looking for styles c-shaped vs. U-shape. but i sorta gave up looking for it. if anyone knows it or something better i would appreciate it. the reason i'm asking for help is i really don't have much time to think of new routines to use. all my time goes to hunting terrorists.
