This aint really PUA related well maybe indirectly..

Me and my brother are about to sell the house we own we have been living in it for a while now and we always planned to go are own ways just wanted to get on the hosing market. Ive never rented and ive never done a house share but the only other choice I have is to buy a flat or apparent for my self I might be able to stretch to a two bedroom apartment and rent a room out.

what im looking for is people who have experienced all three and how they personal found it independence is great and personal space is good but living own your own in a smallish town i think might not be so great. (My town is about 1 hour from london via train.) I am thiking I may just rent someone for the time being while I decide.

Maybe its time to move away from my little town and start afresh I was thiking more like london but im thiking my nights out might be fun but over all my qualifity of life would be worse as everything is so expensive there.

Maybe a compromise is needed? someone like reading which has good links into london.?
