First off, i'm Tom - an AFC from Ireland. I'm here because I need help.

I've had Strauss' book The Rules Of The Game for a few years but never attempted the 30 day challenge. I've decided to give it a shot from tomorrow (1st of July - first day of the summer in a way). What's others experiences with it? I must add i'm woefully inexperienced.
