A kino escalation ladder is a sequence of physical steps that a PUA uses to get from first touching a woman, all the way to sex. Many guys that get into the seduction community are fairly clueless when it comes to how to touch a woman in an attractive (and appropriate) manner, so many PUA gurus break down specifically how to touch a woman.
The basic process of a kino escalation ladder is to gradually move from subtle and innocuous forms of touch, to more more overt forms of kino. For example, you might begin by first touching a woman’s hands or lightly tapping her shoulder, which are both generally acceptable ways of touching a woman, before gradually getting more personal.
The idea behind the kino escalation ladder is similar to a yes-ladder, in that slowly escalating kino builds compliance momentum, so that she is more likely to accept future physical advances.
Generally, it is safer to start with more neutral forms of kino, but if a woman is attracted enough to you, it is possible to jump directly to a more overt form of kino such as a kiss. Higher forms of kino will typically “unlock” the lower rungs, in that if you’ve already kissed a woman, less overt forms of kino are also probably acceptable.
The most well known kino escalation ladder is the DiCarlo Escalation Ladder, created by the PUA teacher Vin DiCarlo, who goes into great detail of how to escalate kino in his book by the same name.
