I will of course say 'No' bcoz I dun wan to be seems like licking her ass. So, what is a good way of saying 'No' in this case? What excuse should I tell her since I am not buying her drinks? Thanks.

But to make it more interesting, you could say:
'No i will not, because you are going to walk off as soon as you have that drink...'
see how she reacts. If she stays and says 'no i wont', then you can say, 'ok, if you buy me the first one, i ll buy you the second one. I am a bit untrusty around people who come asking me for drinks...'
See how she reacts. This is not a pua tactic, its just fun. But in general, you dont need an excuse.
