I am 20 (weight:70kgs, height: 175) and she is 25..Every time we have sex be it in the bed,car,floor,sofa,chair.. I get tired and also muscle cramps I penetrate her slowly and go fast and hard... I wana do her fast because she loves it but I get tired quickly..

Is it because im weak as I dont workout (skinny arms and legs) that I get tired? Should I be eating more before sex?

hey mate,

Sex is indeed exhausting. Get in shape, work out. Its not really powertraining i mean, but just physical shape, cardio exercises. Also, try to vary your movements more. Go fast sometimes, then go slow a bit more so you can catch your breath. That might also help :)

First of all if you cant make a girl cum in 20 minutes of sex then you are doing something wrong. Take it more slowly at first(hard and fast has its place though), kiss for longer before going to foreplay then spend at least 15 minutes on foreplay. If you cant make her cum or take her to the edge with foreplay then you need to sort it out.

As for getting worn out. Thats just a lack of fitness. Start jogging, swimming or another form of cardio. You dont need to be muscular to have fantastic sex, although it could only help.

Poor physical fitness is inexcusable. Its so easy to get into shape.

Yes I mean 'sex' as in penetration. Foreplay as in foreplay.

You are 100% on the money though. What you do before makes a huge difference. Either way, 20 minutes of sex should make the girl come.
