I am 28years old virgin. My iq is over 110.( I am not dumb) have a good education.I am 6 tall and in great shape( I am a swimmer) and have good looking face and stylish.

The reason I am virgin could be because of so many reasons. But I think the biggest 2 reasons are:
1-I grow up in a kinda religious family.(I am not religious though.)
2- I think have a little bit of ADHD.
(AlthoughI can’t figure it completely if these are the only problems)
I came to USA 2 years ago. My mother language is not English.

So guys,
I've been reading diffrent PUA books and this forum for almost a year.
I am kinda picky and went on some dates not completely successful.

Since 3 months ago, I have had many progress in terms of approaching and holding conversation. But, I am still virgin. Honestly my biggest hope is my confidence about myself:
whenever I go the a bar, I've been noticed by the whole bar and getting a lot of eye contacts(even hitted by the bartender ) getting lots of complimet like :you are so hot that even I can't look in your eyes you can get any girl or you have a sexual look and u r sexy etc...

1- I think I can’t get the job done and can’t imagine of fuking a girl I . I am trying to think like that but I can’t.(since I am virign)
2- I think when I approach girls they expect me to be really good in conversation and social skills and I can say although I am normal ( considering my situation) But I am not that great. and since I am noticed by many girls, the social pressure on me is high.
3- I get really sexual when I see the girl I like otherwise, I don’t have any sexual feeling.Still can't have a normal conversation with a girl if I am attracted to her and care about her.

I am getting depressed because of being virgin.Right now this problem getting really huge for me that has been affected all parts of my life.
It seems really crazy for me that by having this look , I am still virgin.I am still trying to improve my social skill and don’t give up. But I am upset and still don’t know what I am missing and how long I should wait to lose it !
Guys if you have any advice , I would be grateful if you help me!

i think that your mind is the biggest problem to get any girls.

Maybe you have to think that you chance your personality. Create a "Pick up version" and a normal version of your charakter. That could be helpfull. But be sure to hold the line, otherwise you got the sizoprhenik diagnostic

Maybe it would be easier if you met a girl in a surrounding that doesn't put so much pressure. Something like a class. This way you could have more time to show your true character, not depending on night-game social skills. Have you thought about enrolling in a class? Maybe even english class, if you want to learn the language faster. I bet with your looks, you would get some good female attention and you would have more time to get to know some girls and connect with them on a deeper level. It would probably feel much more comfortable losing your virginity to a girl you know a little better and that got the chance to know you a little better. Whatever you do, don't tell her you're a virgin, not before and not after the sex.
Generally, if you weren't in a hurry, I'd say to just wait and game as usual until you get good. But it sounds like this is really bugging you.
The only other thing I can think of is some more direct and silent method, like 60 years of challenge. I think it should work like a charm for a handsome guy.

Dude, forget about the rest of the bar, forget about social pressure. Go into a spot, decide "I want to have sex with that girl." Understand that she's going to be up for it, just based on how you look, she'll be thinking you're a catch. Go in there, approach, and know that sex will happen once you get the formalities out of the way.

If I was a 9.5 (which I'm definitely not) I reckon I could walk out my front door and F-close within 2 hours every time without fail.

Maybe you don't like.girls? Sorry but if.you chat yourself up that much that will obviously come out in your interactions with women. If you are really insistent on losing your virginity at that age then just swing by a bookstore and sleep with whatever slob you can stand talking too for 5 minutes...the issues aren't them its you get over yourself if possible and just slide your dick into the first vagina that says ok. You obviously have zero game so you can never "expect" to find that 10+ that fits your self image. Get a little humble and go get it done with whoever says yea I want you inside me. As much as it's fiction that the absolute 10's get hit on every second of the day, it's fiction to think even the 6 foot tall athletes get hit on every second of the day. But I'm pretty sure nontheless there will be tons of girls showing light or medium interest. Some probably more. Seize these opportunities and take her out. Even if she isn't that perfect. With the hottest of hot girls you will be needing at least some game to your looks. A little push-pull skill or something. Make her work for it.

Btw you should really know that the fact English isn't your mothertongue should really be in your advantage. Because girls will like you because of your looks they will agree faster to leave the jibberjabber talk. And more importantly: you're a foreigner which makes you interesting. Turn what you think is your handicap into what sets you apart.

Im gunna tell you a little story.

I didn't loose my virginity til I was 21 (I know, i know your 28 ) I consider my self a 9-10 on the looks scale....for what ever reason like you I never got laid, was from a "moral" "treat women well and go to church" type of family and it wasnt until I was about 19 when I discovered the whole PUA world and realized I had some work to do! If I didnt I would be a failure! lol If I couldnt close close a girl who was sleeping in the same house as me then I had no business being a PUA.

My advice to you would be do the same....find a girl who you consider a friend and game her, just have fun with it! what the worst that could happen???? she says no? who cares...

First, my English is not that bad to get a class.(ignore my mistakes in the text. I wrote them fast)
Honestly. it's getting really really easy for me to approach 10 ,9 HBs now. It’s like eating a piece of cake.Even some girls have appreciated my courage beucase of approaching them(especially 9 and 10 HBs)
I’ve learnt some routines and use them in the field. It's better than having no plan. But , I can sense that it's kinda fake and I think girls smell it.
I think I can’t get in to deep level of connection and conversation with HB and they don’t trust me and feel secure after a while.( Although I am not sure.) the problem is that I can't ask them after my conversation What I did wrong or what they feel wrong about me.
Since 2 weeks ago by changing some topics and subjects I’ve got better results and get to deeper level of conversation though.
Guys, I don't know if anybody is like me or not. But for me it's way easier to approach girls in bar than in college( I am a student too.) .In college, opening a girl and conversation is much harder for me.
