No, apparently she didnt expect it. I think she get's a lot of messages of plain stupid guys who arent really interested in her.

You proceed like she didnt bitch at all, and you neg her every time she bitches again. You can handle it, but dont punish her for something she did half an hour ago.

and be congruent, you started the convo talking about her plan, continue with it, be interested in it. When she has given you anything that you find cool, compliment her on it. for example if she says: well yeah, i am planning to buy my estate next year, decorate and refresh it a bit the next two years and then do a grand opening etc, then i would say: wow, you look like you know what you want!
adn then she might say: yeah, i do!
then you can say: cool! i like people who know what they want and who have the guts to go for what they want.

then continue the ocnvo.
