Frame changes tips?

Ok so I approached this HB8 in a cafe today (still trying to break my AA getting there for 8+) and it seemed like she was getting bored whenever I changed the conversation topic after my opener (Hi I'm Caster mind if I nick a seat?) so how could I change the frame to keep her interested?

The frame is something you HOLD its not for being 'changed' per se

I think you're just scared of not being interesting, so my advice is to work on relaxing abit more so as to reduce your 'performance anxiety'.

Any exercises to help or is it just about getting out there and doing loads of approaches?

Practice, its not something you can learn in a classroom or online. You'll find your own style, and the more you practice with approaches the better you'll become at them. As with anything in life, practice makes perfect.
