Several Years. It took me a very long time to understand confidence and human nature. When I understood human nature it all became much easier. I read many books, but everything felt fake. Everything felt insincere and this caused me great trouble. However, once I got some knowledge, once I got more confidence, and once I began to sculpt my own identity things began to get fairly easy. Its all about minds and emotions.

it took me about 2 years for me to really master pick up and dating. but I learned through a lot of trial and error and now I'm at a place where I've handled the girl problem :)
