Hello guys!!
I know that I have to ask the girl I like to go out safely and decided, without asking her "permission" (for ex "would you go out with me?....I refer to this type of request, precisely wrong).
But is there the danger of appearing arrogant, rude to her eyes?

You won't sound rude... what you interpret as rude or arrogant might not be at all. Example:
"Lets go have a cup a coffee tomorrow"
Is that rude?
