Best destination for sarging holiday

What do you guys think is the best city in North America for primarily daytime sarging?

I want to go on a 4 day trip to boost my skills and see some sights. I'll travel alone but maybe plan to meet up with some local PUAs in the evenings.

Of course, New York comes to mind. I've never been and have heard good things, though it's very cliche of course. California could also be tempting. Any other ideas?

Club La Vela: Panama City, Florida [party with thousands]; During Spring Break, it's so packed with HBs that you can sarge in the parking lot...and I'm talking all HB8-10s.
