I work with a girl who had been giving me signs for two weeks, IOI's like touching and compliments along with interest in my life (including one very sexual comment) We had talked a bunch so when I got her number I was confident things would progress.

I waited a few days and called her, got no answer, but a call back. She didn't know who it was at first because she hadn't seen the voicemail. She kept me on the phone for longer than I wanted (like 12 min) but I setup a date and she agreed.

When I reiterated the plan at the end of the convo she said I feel like I'm your employee in a joking manner. I made a comeback, cut the convo short and texted her like ten min later to bust her balls saying bye. She never responded to my text.

Do you think she'll flake?

That is a shit test. Do not try to do anything that will ruin your alpha personality in front of her. Stay calm,and if she flakes or asks you something,stay if nothing has happened and go for the date. Being confident and making her feel relaxed is the key here.
