I've been reading alot of pick up books for quite a while but whenever I'm talking to a girl its like all that knowledge disappears and then when the interaction is over I think about all the stuff I should've said. How should I go about fixing this problem?

you need to drill it into your head...

"Be the prize"

"Demonstrate value'

you have to know the stuff so well that you can just use tag lines to recall it. then you drill the tag lines into your head then once you get experience you can spot things before the happen even.
