Alright here's my situation guys... Its been about 2 weeks since i broke up with my gf (2 years) and I'm ready to get back out there. Now theres this girl caitlin (shes 19), I have been friends with her since meeting my ex gf (they are in the same network). And when me and my ex started dating, there was an incident at this party where caitlin told my ex's friend that if she wasn't dating me- she would hook up with me. Ofcourse this got back to her and she cried about it but i ended up consoling her and sticking with her. But anyways, Me and caitlin have sporadically talked to each other a good amount and basically got along well since we've known eachother. But i've always been restricted to friendship til recently.

So she hit me up tonight looking for tree and i invited her to smoke in my driveway for a bit til she has to get back before her parents get suspicious about her 'getting gas'. And as we are hanging out, she asks for my thoughts on two different things.

first she goes:
"if you were friends with a girl for a long time and she started acting more interested in you, idk would you think that's weird?"

second:
"theres this guy that acts pretty much just like you, is in a band like u, same mentality.. pretty much you except 6 inches taller and blonde hair."

and when i ask where hes from she says hes from this random town 40 mins away which i thought was suspicious. and asks me if it would turn this guy off if she started texting this guy up (as if it would be a deal breaker if she was eagerly too interested). "so you think i should text him?"

AM I FRIEND ZONED OR GETTING SHIT TESTED? keep in mind that this girl is smart as well as attractive. she is friendly/outgoing. has displayed many but never 'too leading' ioi's in the form of hair fixation, comfortable touching, and smiles.

I hate to ruin your poll but it's quite possible it's both a shit test that leads to the friend zone rather than one or the other.

Really only one way to find out! Escalate the sexual tension and see if she follows along! I personally think the is hitting on you, just wants you to initiate.
