I sell condos for a national builder. They have many different communities where they build.

I am at one and this girl who is a 10 works at another not to far away.
Im 26 and she is in her early thirties and single.

Work relationships are discouraged however they are allowed. Since we work at different sites it would be feasible. As for my intentions she definitely would be relationship material for me.

I have e-mailed her a couple times all work related and we have had a couple laughs at company monthly meetings.

Any advice how I could game this girl? With out making it awkward. It would have to be very subtle.
