I really fucking like this girl, who happens to be my friends younger sister, and my younger sisters friend. she is my neighbor as well. i have literally know this girl my whole life, and she is like an extended member of my family. the thing is she is one of the hottest girls i know, and i know she likes me, but she has a boyfriend, who i am really not concerned about. before she started going out with him, she would give me shitloads of IOI's like she was actively looking to hookup, but i just didnt know she was doing them! things like coming into my room when no one else is around, holding insanely strong eye contact for a really long time, brushing up on me, staring at my dick through my pants, pretty much everything, i just felt like i couldnt act because of her relationship to me, and that it would be wrong. i know she still is interested in me because she will never talk about her boyfriend, and portrays an image of being single. she laughs at everything i say, flirts with me, and compliments me. i pretty much have it setup so she cant not like me. i refuse to cave to her beauty, something she isnt used to. all her brothers friends hit on her and get nowwhere, and i have never complimented her on her beauty once, im just afraid shed tell me sister i was hitting on her, and it would just be awkward.
now that i know more about this pua stuff, i much prefer the direct method, but i feel like i just cant go direct with this girl. i see her maybe twice a week, she comes over for short bits of time, and our interaction is usually me walking into the set of her and my sister. i use this time to displaying my charm, whether it be cracking jokes for a few minutes, or just staring deep into her eyes and just pretty much communicating my interest in her without saying anything. my main objective is to have sex with her, i just need to establish our relationship sexually. she wants me, and i want her, but neither of us have told the other. what the fuck should i do?

My friend is going away for school this year so its not like he would know. I know this might sound pretty bad like i don't give a shit about my friend, but its really not like that at all. His sister is so fucking hot and he knows it, and i would not put it past my friend if he did the same. He knows im a good guy so if he did find out im not to worried about the outcome.
