Just keep giving her affirmations that you are interested in her and like her. She will start believing it as long as you do.

It sounds to me like you've built up TOO MUCH rapport and got friendzoned. If that's true, she's avoiding the dating issue by pretending not to take you seriously.

The best way to go about it at this point is social proof. Start building your social connections (including other girls) and give yourself options. Even if she still sees you as "just a friend" at that point, it won't matter much to you. More likely, you'll start to become more of a sexual entity as your time becomes more valuable and she'll be more receptive.
