It's in the bag, I wouldn't say another thing unless it's later to setup a meet. You'll just end up dragging this out to the point where it becomes silly and the tension is gone. In the game of seduction sometimes less is more, knowing when to back off, or break rapport can be powerful in and of itself. Also, presumably at this time if you haven't already responded too much time has lapsed and your response will seem try-hard/eager to impress.

Set up a meet and escalate holding the sexual tension high.
