I do not talk much with parents, family, people from classes. I dont talk much and i often dont know what to say. I tried. I cant become talkative.
Like the post above, you have two options here:
1) Change - Learn to be more talkative.
2) No change - Don't learn to be more talkative, stay the same, don't get girls, don't get to meet new people, don't get to know more places and just stay the way you are.
I understand option 2 is most comfortable to you, as it was (and still is) to me. However, there comes a point in life where everyone has to change. You know your weak point, and now you know it, you can change it. There is a reason that you created this topic you know.. I'm suggesting to try to take somewhat more initative, try to get other people to talk. Show interest in people. Just be polite and ask open questions (to your parents maybe): "How are you doing?" "What did you do yesterday, today, this weekend?" or "What are you going to do today, this weekend?". Just make sure you have something to tell about your weekend too. You can prepare these questions (and answers). If you said more then you did the last time, you are already making progress!
You might be an introvert, I have the same problem. I'm currently working on it, but the road is long, I have a lot of brick walls, which I will overcome in time. Try to use the internet to meet new people. Just try to get out of your comfortzone, step-by-step and you'll be fine!
By the way, talking is essential, but girls really like it when you don't talk too much (just listen to them and show interest), it makes them think you care..

Also, they like the mysterious charisma when you don't talk a lot.. that's my experience.
