Sounds like you have a plan of attack in your mind for the most part. First of find a method you are comfortable with. Some of the more popular right now are Mystery Method, Magic Bullets, Natural Art of Seduction, Stealth Seduction, and 60 Years of Challenge.
They are both different. Mystery Method is full of acronyms and breaks down the interactions into good small bite sized chunks to focus on and work from getting each piece of the puzzle down. 60 Years of Challenge I honeslty don't have a ton of experience with but it's worth looking into.
Basically don't become a learning junkie. Read enough about each of the methods you are interested in to see if it'd work for your type of personality. From there break it into chunks for you to set goals to work from. Like go and open or approach 5 people within a week.
Write your goals down in your journal, and prior to going out go out with a plan. Don't just go out to go out, unless its sincerely just for fun. If you are going out to work on this then have a plan for what to work on while you are out. Whatever that may be. Come back to your journal and hold yourself accountable.
