We all know the rules of the game for seducing women. But what about the rules for when you're dating a girl?
Sure you have to let your real self a bit more, and since you don't wanna lose her you obviously don't let her in on the skeletons in your closet. But what about the smaller stuff.

What rules still apply? And..
What rules go out the window?

The mistakes I made in my previous relationship was telling my girlfriend that "I'm going to get her breast implants" This made her feel like I don't like her for who she is, without me even realizing it.
Also I pushed her off at one point and told her "baby, people are looking at us" because she was trying to passionately kiss me while we were sitting at a conference and people were walking by and really staring at us "which made me feel self-conscious, because I'm not used to people staring at me like that", she later on said, I care too much what other people think.
So I guess she felt that I care more about others then I do about her.

Anyways it's little things like that, and little attitudes, perhaps bad habits that are common among guys.

I think it's pretty hard to top what you've already said without just making random shit up at random. Be respectful and make her feel special. If she's attracted to you, it really doesn't matter what you say as long as it's not demeaning and doesn't make her feel shitty or disrespected in some way.

I imagine a fair few guys will be "WHAT THE FUCK SHE WAS ON U BRO" but to be honest, if you don't like making out in public then don't feel like you should have to do it just because she wants to.

Altho, little tip. Be nicer/sexier about it.

What you did here was just cowardly. Go with better lines that will make her feel better/not make you sound like a douche "Baby we can't do this, it just makes me want to rip your clothes off"

Apart from that I find relationships quite easy to handle. There is no "go to" guide for girls when you begin properly dating as the whole situation is flipped. When your dating your not trying to "prove to her" that you are the man she wants. She's already confirmed that so just be casual and fun.

Also about skeletons in the closet...talk to her about them. She's a female, she will want to get to know you better. When I say talk to her about them, tell them in a way that DHV's you.
