Hi guys,
I've seen this hb for a year in college and never had the chance to open her. She gave me so many IOI's.
So last night I saw her in a bar and I opened her finally.She was asking me so many questions like where I am from , my major and She tried to prove herself.
But the bar was so loud and she was with some guys. So I was not comfortable talking to her for long time the whole conversation was like 4 mins.
I asked her her number to be in touch and she gave it to me.As it was suggested in this forum , later that night I texted her " It was nice seeing you again and have good night"
I didn't get any answer but I think that's ok since I got same behaviour from other hbs who later answered my texts.
So since I just have her number and we didn't talk enough. I have no idea what I should do next.
The only thing is that she told me she has taken summer courses in college and I told her maybe I see her in college.
I have some other similar cases like , and I don't know how to handle these situation.
Please help me how to get further with this hb.

I wanted to do that . But It sounds weird and needy to me.We just talked for like 4 mins and besides she didn't respond me back.It not a bad sign but if she had responded me back ,I would definitely ask her out.
So I think I should go slower. Isn't that right?

I was thinking of asking her schedule in school and say oh yeah I am in school on that day let's meet up in school. Something like that.
Also, this hb is a little bitchy. I don't want to show weakness.
