I need advice on my situation.. Im 25 have a fear of getting out sometimes if i push myself more on pua i know i have to get out to the public and practise .. blow away approach anxiety what good advice does anyone have to ease my way into it? thankyou or so its not sucha drastic uncomfortable change straight away like in daytime or night.

Hello!

One of the greatest tools I've come to utilize is very simplistic. It takes some practice, but after a couple weeks it'll start to come natural. Work on smiling in public. Always smile, not that fake "i'm about to take a picture smile" but a warm, genuine smile. I would never get approached in public. I have social anxiety so bad that I would drive to my University and sit in my car because I was scared to go into class and face people. Eventually you'll always have a natural, soft smile on your face and people feel more inclined to approach someone who is Open and Smiling. My challenge was to approach 5 people a day, but when I smiled I noticed people would approach ME.

Next, one of the easiest places for me to get practice in is in the Grocery Store. You can always smile, walk up to an employee and ask to find something you know is on the other side of the store. Most of the time, employees will walk to show you and you can strike up casual conversation while you do. Or if you're unsure whether or not they'll walk you, ask them some questions about products. Always open ended questions, never something that can be answered with a "yes or no."

I was exactly like You, this worked for me :

1. Meditation Holosync (it is working)
2. No masturbation (never, only girl can touch You, you can´t)

And how to start going out ? First day is the hardest, but You start with 5 minutes in the club. You buy the drink and then with Your head up You will walk around the club for 5 minutes with deep breathe all the time, smile, positive mindset(you are not expecting anything and you dont have negative thoughts)
Then You will leave the club. Next time You will stay there longer.
First time is the hardest one, my hearthbeat was 200 beats per minute, i was getting panic attack, but when You survive that, it will be easier and comfortable then.

trying joining a meet up / club. that way you'll always have something to talk about (as you will have something in common with everyone) and it will give you the chance to work on convo skills without having to get over the approach :)

talk to women who are paid to talk to you for example at supermarkets when your buying something. it will build up your confidence.
