This young woman of 20 working for me on a Saturday for a year now at one of my contracts.
About 3 months in she would come into work and say something in the lines of have you missed me I would respond of course I have and she would tell me she missed me. Nice girl I helped her with another job with a friend of mine when I see him I ask how she is working out he also has told me with discussions with her she talks very highly of me “she loves you”.

Normal thing she would hold my hand and we would walk to the door give her a hug and another kiss was never a quick leave.

Any chance of recovery.

Just place cards on the table and discuss it with her?
