So I am a bit confused as to what this girl wants, we have hung out a couple of times during school lunch and chillin at my buddys house and she seemed really enthusiastic about me. First off she messaging me on facebook saying I need to text her so I did and this is what has happened since we last hung out...

ME: We should go swimming today if you parents don't mind lol (parents aren't too fond of me)
HER: (Alot later that day) I didn't get this until now! ): I sowwy boo. We can go swimming next week probably (:
ME: sounds like a plan nigga
HER: Alright loser )
ME: (Friday...day before were supposed to hangout) ready for tomorrow? better say yes -_- lol
HER: wait what are we doing tomorrow..? :}
ME: I don't know, we should do something though! (I didn't feel like telling her we obviously had made plans...she didn't respond so later on in the day I said,) how bout tonight instead, there's a few parties goin on, so let me know
HER: (the next day) I didn't check my messages until now D: And I'm babysitting today...-.- yay
ME: ahh lame, we should go on a movie date tonight if your not still baby sitting, I promise I won't hold you hostage like last time (sorta an inside joke)
HER: hehe okay, I'll try to see if my other sister will let me!
(I later found out she threw a party that night...fml...she told me about this party like 3 weeks prior but then said she probably wasn't going to have it. I didn't text her back)
HER: (the following monday) lets hangout this weeeek!
ME: (the next day) alright we can do that, either thursday or friday,
HER (immediately messaged back) thursdayy! We can go swimming at my house probably
ME: (wednesday) what time should I come over tomorrow? (she never ended up messaging me back...WTF.. The next day at around 5 PM I said,) Bih...you need to tell me what's goin on so I know If I can make other plans or not!

for the other times we hungout, she setup all those dates...so I figured it was my turn, can someone please tell me your opinion on what the heck is going on please?!

Look man, I don't have much experience, and I'm drunk as fuck, but it seems like you're showing too much interest. Whenever you set up a date, make sure you pick the time, place, etc. And it sounds to me like she keeps flaking on you. Especially with the throwing of the party without inviting you. You might be coming off as too needy. But that's just my take on it. But then again, I have like 60 posts. Wait for somebody higher on the food chain to confirm this.

I mean, she's obviously flaking but I was trying not to seem needy, I was sort of thinking the same though, but it confused me when she asked me to hangout when she had just flaked on me prior. But it makes sense. Thanks for the reply!

Next time she asks if you want to do something on X day, be like "I can't today, I have other plans, how about we X on X at X o'clock"
That might make it seem like you have other options so you don't come off as needy. But once again, I'm fucking wasted.

She's flakey, but not unlike any other self-obsessed girl her age. I wouldn't personalize her behavior, but what I would do is offer her something she can't refuse ; FUN & EXCITEMENT!

Be vague, don't tell her specifically what you've got planned only that its a surprise and that she'll have to wait till the end of the week to find out what it is. "I'm picking you up Friday @ 8PM (tell her to dress for whatever the occasion brings, be MYSTERIOUS, be cryptic). Girls like her are ADHD, everywhere and nowhere at the same time, living life from one moment to the next (mostly a result of immaturity).

The only way you'll lure her is by filling her mind with curiosity to ruminate over all week.
