I don't see the big deal..

If you want a female roomate so you can trick a woman into living with you so you can put the moves on her thats some creepy shit. If you don't, then I don't see why you would care if your roomate is a guy or a girl.

I sense a serious sense of deluded sarcasm here.

More than likely, now I see why most females prefer female roommates. It just makes so much sense now.

I leased out my second bedroom to a woman. Early-50's, clean, quiet, and great conversation.

I dont fuck her. I don't weant to fuck her, I don't try to fuck her... - however, she has two friends I do want to fuck. She asked me nicely not to. I respect that.

She knows about me, knows I'm a PUA, knows the noises that hit the house, and even helps me nickname them later... She, herself, has admitted she's started using some of my approaches with men, and having great success as well. I'm kinda-sorta training her... and her friends are into me... it sucks, but I respect her.

As for dating, women don't mind that I have a female roommate. It's all in the delivery of the information. I believe many women feel safe knowing I have a female roommate - that I'm not a creep.

I have a female room mate who is also in a sorority. At first I wanted to sleep with her, but she ain't that cute and it could get sour fast. Now I'm having her hook me up with her sorority sisters and friends. Since I'm living with her, and showing her I'm the shit, I think I'll have some social proof before even meeting her friends 8)
