I just got done reading Adam Lyons' Understanding Attraction... what do you think about his method?

I like his frame control stuff...but a lot of it is ridiculously hard to frame IN the actual interaction.

Frame bridging, etc. He mentions amazing stuff which I can sometimes consciously pull off while I'm rapporting with a girl - but its not easy to do.
