Hope this is the right section to post my question in, please let me know if it's not.

On Friday night i was talking to a HB(7) we was talking for a while, I did the 5 questions, some ESP and kino on her, She loved it. When it got to the point of asking for her number she started being difficult and was asking for mine instead. After a while of trying everything I could to get her number I gave up and gave her mine.

What could I have done to get her number? She has contacted me since Fri night, but Just incase it happens again and a girl don't contact me... What is the best way to over come "Let me take your number instead"

I can only think of two ways right now:
1. Say something like : What difference does it make if i take yours or you take mine? I don't want your number I want you.. and to get you I need your number first
2. Well if you said she is interested, tell her that is okay and you need to go to the toilet but you will be back.. Go for 5/10 min and then pull out your phone and say so 077....?? and you should be fine.. Meanwhile when you are gone a fucken dilemma is going in her mind and she is started to have doubts on whether you left or what.. She will give you her number that way

1. No. Because you are creating a logical argument for trying to get a girls number, this does not work.

2. The chick may not stick around for this.. Unless she is out completely alone, which rare.

All i do is say fine, I'll put my number in your phone, and I take they're phone, dial my number.. And then tell them, " I'm going to call my phone, we're going out on ___ i'll call you" and I wait for they're reaction, if its playful; i'll just call my phone from theirs. If its anything but playful i'll just let it go, because i doubt she will be responding to your text or calls if you completely forced it
