Hello fellow pua's. How long should I wait before I ask out a girl again after messing up the date?

Long story short, we met in school, she's two grades lower than me and I just graduated. During the semester it went well and we went out several times however I messed up the last one when I brought up the ex-bf question and in my nervousness appeared too controlling. I've tried to atone for this since we would bump into each other in school. For about a month we would cross paths and say our hellos and goodbyes.

Last week I graduated and surprisingly she showed up to my senior show; I even met her mom lol. I texted her two days later and the chat seemed to go well but then she stopped responding to my texts.

Idk if I should just wait a month to let time pass and then ask her out to go see a movie or something.

Don't go to a movie please, I tried even after reading up on how to make them go well. Its awkward much harder to do non creepy kino than I thought can't have a decent conversation etc.

If she isn't replying to your texts give it one last shot in 3wks to a month but keep looking for some new girls incase it doesnt pan out.

The added bonus of the new girls is its a fresh start and you can iron out the mistakes that you noticed you made.
