1. I admitted I was inept, and realized was all downhill from there. Being a loser can be enpowering if you admit it to yourself. Most on the forum here still dont get it.

2. I LISTENED I listened to what any stooge like some here had to say. Over time cream rises and the good information gets you where you need to be.

3. I used the power of repetition. All the greats in any field become great by doing the same (correct) thing over and over again.

Great basketball shooters become great by shooting thousands of times. Same for great golfers and great archers and even great surgeons. Practice makes perfect, so long as what you practice is correct in the first place.

4. I used a reward/punish system for my success and failure. If I failed with a woman, I replayed the night over in my mind until i came across what I did wrong, once I realized it, i would deprive myself of my favorite ice cream for a week or so.

When I succeeded I would reward myself with whatever i wished for at the moment.

This trains the mind to get it right the next time, cause it is primed for reward.

5. I Took regular breaks, I would forget about the PUA world for weeks months at a time, and just carried on with my regular life. This refreshes you and makes you stronger in the long run, as you are in control of yourself, and no one thing makes you happy.
