The layout of the classroom is setup with multiple tables scattered throughout the room, so the majority of people are also scattered all around the room due to the lack of enrolled students. This girl & I are both at the the front of the room near where the teacher does his lecture, so we can't really talk to one another while class is in session, unless the teacher is changing the slide or putting a video up on the screen etc.. But the first 8 mins the teacher is chilling so we have time to talk to one another, and then when class officially starts the teacher talks to us for 10 mins, he asks us how our week has been. So that's a perfect moment to talk. She sits 5 feet to the left of me on another table, to the left of her is her friend, and she usually faces her female friend or the teacher. At first I thought she looked like an ugly duckling, but later into the semester I noticed she was drop dead gorgeous. ( I don't know how I overlooked her overwhelming sexiness..) So I have never talked to her yet since I never had a urge to.

I have two regular days of class left, one this week and one next week they are each an hour and a half. The day of the final is my third and last day/chance to try and talk to her and build a connection quick enough to get her phone number and I doubt I will have much time to converse then since we have to be silent. This is hard for me because I have never got a phone # let alone carried on a sexually charged conversation with a girl before. The good thing is a lot of the time during class I throw out comments for participation or witty remarks to make the classroom/teacher laugh, so it's not abnormal to hear me talking in that class. However, as of now I have never directly engaged in a conversation with this girl. Your help would be greatly appreciated! = )

Hmm, I say best bet is too build comfort and social proof by answering questions and starting conversations in the class. You have other friends in the class too I hope? It'll build superficial comfort so she won't question you approaching her.

Then you can run into her after class and open:
"Hey, so how did you like this class?"
..
"Any plans for summer?"

Then for the close:
"I gotta meet up with some friends right now, but before I go, can i get your number?" (false time constraint)

You can probably pull a 2 minute close if you have to. I did a 5 minute close similar to this right before my last class meeting last semester.

I just got into game last semester and if I've learned anything, it's that girls are generally more open than I thought.
