Hey guys, Lately i have been going crazy i got lots of talking with girls
and so many messages when i'm trying to fall a sleep and i just can't stop thinking that i am surround by girls and there is no escape to much options .
i have been doing so much inner game improvement and even hypnosis
that now i think i fucked something up inside that won't let me rest in peace
i need to calm the fuck down and have no idea how.
i'm meeting with a very attractive woman tomorrow and suddenly i'm like never mind her i want other girls
and i do have lots of options like interacting with girls became so naturally easy that i'm lost __X__.
i'm kinda starting to understand mystery when he went crazy on the book.

any tips on what should i do to calm down ?
