I feel as though the game has made me depressed in that the psychology behind the game can be self-destructing. When you think about it, the game teaches you that in order to pick up a girl you need to demonstrate 3 things. 1 Leader of men 2 Preselected by women 3 Protector of loved ones. If you can demonstrate these 3 things, then any girl should be attracted to you provided the rest of your game is solid.
My question comes back to this, does the girl really love you for you or just the fact that you can provide these things. I find the game easy to understand and implement, I have always been a family man, but currently i struggle feeling anything for family members and when it comes to girls, I have a beautiful girlfriend, but find myself with a lack of feelings because I feel like I can get any other girl and also the fact that she may only love me because I can provide the 3 things mentioned above. Would love to know others thoughts

I have learnt so far that the "game" isn't something you do on top of your personailty. But it comes out naturally once you find yourself and accept yourself and all your pros and cons.
You are thinking that girls like the superficial you, the one that portrays these qualities. Well guess what? If you truly accept who you are and are having fun, the girl will like you for you, because you're not portraying these qualities, you ARE these qualities.
It took me a few months to figure this out myself. I too broke down, but through that I discovered myself more deeply. Now is the time to look at yourself thoroughly, and accept yourself. And then try this whole feeling for others again. My guess is you do have feelings for others, but something in your mind is blocking you.
