I have had a similar experience when I was a lot younger, I really didn't know how to deal with it. It didn't take me long to realize I could not have sex with any of her friends. This may have to be a realization for you as well. I am not sure how wide your pick up spectrum is at the moment. But if you have the means, it is wise to go outside of that circle.
OR
If you can address this girl in a straight up manner, and tell her you value her friendship so much that you wouldn't dare do anything to affect it. Then bring up the cock blocking tell her that it's really bothering you. Make it sincere and hopefully she will respect that and stop doing it. But as far as her close friends go, you are basically shit out of luck. Unless you get to know them on a more friendly and personal level first.
As an absolute last resort, take her aside and tell her you are not attracted to her. Point out another friend that is a great person, but you know she will not find attractive. Then bring him up, ask her why she isn't attracted to him, if he was doing to her what she is doing to you. How would she like it? Then tell her it's not a very attractive quality, and if she continues to interfere with your life in that way, you may have no choice to end your friendship with her.
