You can't be all nice and friendy with a girl otherwise you will become just that, a freind, and once in the friendzone you do not leave.

So you have to be sexual with them from the get go,

Yet you still have to be a challenge and make it appear you have others after you. The instant she knows you want her, she loses interest as she knows she can have you.

So 2 questions

1) How can you possibly be sexual from the start and not let her know you are after her at the same time?

besides which,

2)how can you even approach in the first place without giving her all the power?

1) why do you want to not let her know you are after her? what do you gain from hiding your intent?

2)at what point do you lose your ''power'' and why do you believe that?

and by approaching you automatically put the ball in her court?, well really, the ball was always in her court as long as you are interested (want something from her), the power in an interaction resides with the person who is less needy, if you come into an interaction with the idea that you have to get something out of the interaction from the girl rather then just to enter the set just because you enjoy hitting on girls and want to find out if the girl is going to make your night more fun, then you go into the interaction with too much of an expectation, no matter what you do, it is likely she has descided within 30 seconds if she would potentially sleep with you or not and you worrying about what she will descide will only hinder and cripple your ability to express yourself and have fun, obviously have an outcome in mind to work towards, but don't be dependant on reaching that outcome, the outcome is not what matters, you enjoying yourself and being able to relax and un-wind will really help you

as long as you don't care about if you have sex with her or not, you are under your own power, as soon as you care if you get her or lose her, she has power over you

you have to just realize that you are good enough for girls just being you, before you have even spoke there will be girls that will want to sleep with you and there will be girls that will not want to, once you express yourself, not every girl is going to like you and you can't fuck any girl, the sooner you realize it the better, if you think of it like this, if you state your intent and she sticks around, she passively has just admitted she likes you by not blowing you off, and if she does blow you off, she just saved you some time because you can bet that it is likely no matter what you said or did, she just was not interested in sleeping with you
