Personally, I like using C&F lines. I'm going to assume that she is saying this not when you guys are cuddling after sex, but during the beginning of interactions.

This is no big deal at all but I normally hold eye contact and give a little smile then let the interaction carry on naturally as if you have heard that line from a woman a million times before.
