Im pretty good at general chat and flirting, but i'm quite poor at frame control. Could someone please point me in the direction of a book or post or even just a couple of ideas that could help me with it? cheers

I don't have a book to link you to, but out of y short experience so far I have learned that as soon as you stop worrying about frame control and are just having fun, you will get your frame control.

You lead the conversation. Remember you don't have to do anything she says. You don't have to answer her questions or follow up on her threads.

If you are in a fun mood you will be talkative, and that is when you become interesting and people will fall into your "frame".
