Hey guys, why is it that girls are interested in you at first, but then avoid you?
its been about 3 weeks into spring college semester that a cute girl has been staring at me during class everyday till i caught her staring and i smiled at her and she smiled back,sorta like "its on!". i didint want to approach her,but its better to try and fail than not try at all. i approached her after class last week and now i feel bad . i began by teasing/flirting like most PUA's suggest, then she flipped the script and asked me questions like where im from and other questions bout me and i kinda bragged a little. i was walking with her and after a while i asked "where u taking me?" she said "im going to my dorm" and to not come off as desperate,i was like "ok see you later"...now today i was early in class and she didint sit where she usually sits "across the room to my right" and now she sat a few chairs behind me....

what just happened??? does she not want me to stare at her anymore or is she watching every move i make?? did i scare her cuz of how i approached her? i went like "hey,come here" and i didint introduce myself

About your question, what does it mean, you should continue the interaction with the girl, and instead of waiting for the opportunity to appear, create it... Get her digits and plan something for later, don't wait for the class next time... My guess is that as long as she agreed to walk and talk with you she was not scared, after all, women have a sixth sense about guys they meet, and most likely you didn't trigger the "creep alert"... haha i was gonna tell her that i was going with her to the dorm,not to fuck,just as friends,even though i do wanna fuck her eventually.but because she doesnt know me well,im like ahh not yet. but she likes me though. i think thats where i messed up,not having the balls to ask her to go with her. shitttt....

Sounds like in the game of push/pull you might have pushed a little bit too much. She was going to her dorm, man. If she was comfortable w/ you tagging along, then why not tag along? Don't follow her like a lost puppy, but come on, man!

ok i get it, i might seem desperate but i know she will would want me to go to her dorm. its female psychology. Maybe if i tell her "i would go to your dorm,but i know you dont want me to move that fast". reverse psychology. its been a while i havent been in a situation like this with a girl i like....

any suggestions? sucks because in class,only the teacher talks. class is over and everybody goes their seperate ways and shes almost always late. these arent excuses for me not talking to her, its all true.

Never assume anything. By saying that to her, she'll know you're clearly just in it to sleep with her and that's an instant turn off. Women want the romance no matter how much they say they just want to be fuck buddies. Talk to her, be honest about your intentions, but not brutally honest. Don't be an idiot, bud. White lies are fine so long as you're a gentleman about it, just don't pussy-foot around the fact that you like her. Chat her up and keep the conversation alive, delve deeper and get to know her. Make her comfortable with the idea of you being with her. Establish some sort of pseudo-date wherein it's just you and her going out for dinner and a movie or something like that "as friends", but you both know it's obviously a date. It's also important to "break rapport" by showing her you've got options and you're not some sycophantic puppy dog of a wuss. Be friendly, but distant. Never be clingy or put her on a pedestal, but make it clear that you're interested. That's all I've got, best of luck.

alright i got this. ill build rapport first more than anything and if i see some IOI's, itll be a signal to make a move. considering the fact that she lives in a dorm, i would have to ask her to go out with me outta school,as long as i dont make it obvious that my goal is to go to her dorm, but THANKS brothas!

Who cares why she did what she did. Nobody here can tell you why she did that, only she knows so its hardly worth analyzing. Simply act as though nothing happened (it didn't anyway) and resume with her. Get her out tell her you're doing something exciting this weekend and she should come with.

today morning, i was on my way to class when i saw her walking to class also and i approached her very very confident! finally conversated, no nervousness and i think i even intimidated her because i told her to sit together with me at the back of the class and she didint look at me and sat all submissive/feminine!! while in class, the proffesor lectures blah blah blah and i was "lost/confused". she then said "get into groups of 3" so it was me, the girl and some other dude/nerdy. it was a subject where i was lost in and him and her basically took over the discussion and i kinda talked,but confident thou! i was like "fuck,i messed up my impression for her already!!"

when class was over, she started tieng her boots or "pretending" so i can make a move, so i said "ill walk with you". while walking to her dorm, I BLANKED the @#! out!!! she didnt even say anything!!! i think shes shy of me too, because i see/sense that she expects me to always make the first move/interaction. i did stare at her and smiled and then i said "aight,ill let you go to your dorm, i dont want to interrupt you at your SISTERS dorm" its not her dorm, she told me.

guys, i think i messed up by being quiet. i even told her today before class that i was nervous the first time i approached her and explained it to her. this was the second time i talk to her.

in my situation, what should i do? what do i say? i dont feel down/rejected/depressed, but i dont know how to continue this? picking up a girl is easy, but keeping it going is a challenge! thank you guys for your patience.

I think you probably screwed it up the first time. When you said you didnt want to appear needy so you told her u'd see her later, thats not appearing needy, thats chickening out and she probably sensed it.

You were needy already by saying "ill walk with you" You wpuld have come off much less needy if you had never walked with her in the first place, take little steps before walking with her.

Guys walking with women can be dangerous and you could have flipped off her alarm.

Either way you seemed desperate, I would have played it different, what you do 20 steps ago all affects what you do next.

My mind is twisted right now...this girl does not initiate a conversation first, i gotta do the talking and when she sat next to me, i could sense her intimidation of me, which is a good thing. she demonstrated her feminine side to a dominant man like me.

problem is, it seems as though she has no problem talking to other guys or girls in class, shes not shy with them, but she is with me. its like, her mind goes blank when im next to her.

in other words, to make it short, i picked up this girl already. the introduction,kino on her shoulder, can smell her attraction for me, etc...

last time i had a girlfriend was in high school and the way i got with her was through her buddies and some love letters and shit like that. NOW, this is college. shit is challenging..so what do i do? what do i say? to keep it going, shes fucking fine!! i always check her out...or is my pursuit for her distracted by her assets??
