Ok. Here's the outline. I read MM and 60's stuff. But there's no stuff related to AMOGING in there. And all the online stuff gives out only routines in this AMOG theory. Which is great. But, I want to learn the THEORY as in who,why,where,when,how.
And please don't try to post answers here if you aren't knowledgable in amogging. 'Cause I'm looking for a balls-deep accurate,and good answer(s). But go ahead with your questions. Maybe I won't be answering them. But somebody will. Eventually. :p
