I am having a hell of a time getting my girlfriend to orgasm. Obviously genital penetration doesn't work since it's notorious for being the least reliable method. You can try these two field tested techniques.

Anticipation

• The phone is your friend; with a calibrated dose of physical absence. Usually, sexting or phone sex prior to a meet up hastens a woman's orgasm. The anticipation makes the woman cum faster. Some will cum after 10 to 15 thrusts of the penis inside her vagina as long as she hasn't been drinking; even without preparatory oral sex.

Awesome, thanks a lot! One thing I noticed is that you implied that it's more difficult for a woman to orgasm if she has been drinking. My girl and I drink together a LOT. In fact, we have sex drunk more often than not. Maybe it's not entirely my fault after all.
