I just recently started reading about all the steps on how to be successful with women the PUA way because I have a really hot date this Saturday. It's with a girl I've liked for years, and would really like to make something out of it. Most the women I've had I never really had to try for that I've been with , but I know I will with this one.

The only part I feel I might struggle on is DHV's. If anyone has can tell me some good ones it would be much appreciated.

Also I'd like to know if letting her know that I get hit on at work all the time would be good or bad. For example, recently I was abruptly stopped by 2 18-19yr old girls (I'm 21) and handed a note with their numbers etc.. would this be a good pre-selection to bring up and what would be a good way of doing it?

The girls just handing you their numbers seems to come off as bragging. Remember, DHVs especially one-on-one need to be subtle. You put it off like that, and you could DLV yourself or she may DLV herself and think she's not good enough.

Preselection just say you had a lot of women that would hit on you but you always just wanted to find someone you could connect with first (preselection & connection DHV). You can even feel free to escalate here...usually it's social kino...but it can become sexual in A3.
