I saw my friend texting a girl he just met, he was teasing her, he had her sending kissy faces to him, and he even got her to cut class to chill with him. I want to be that guy! Not in his position but I want to learn texting game, how to get a girl to be interested in me, and how to be well rounded with girls. Help broskis ! Thanks!

Why don't you just ask your friend? Hang out with him. Ask him questions.
